Overall appearance is of good quality and sturdiness. Yet, for a 1.65m person the backrest and seating experience is far from the perfect one. I tried all adjustments and combinations of adjunstments, the chair is not appropriate for 1.65cm. Lumbar support is hurting my back, pushing me to sit forward and this way the back of my knees end up resting on the raised end of the chair causing disconfort. I can't rest my legs fully on the floor even with the seat height at minimum. Would not recommend it for someone similar height.
Also, the neck rest is not your ponnytail's best friend.

First of all, it is a great chair. Very comfortable, good levels of adjustment and excellent support of back. Delivery was quick, and although the price was not the cheapest, it does reflect the quality of the materials and the design.
I have 2 small negatives which stop it being a 5 star review.
1. The packaging should be so much better in this day and age. A lot of unnecessary plastic and foam as well as cardboard. The engineering team should be tasked to take a look at making the packaging far “greener”. Boulies, you can do better.
2. If the supplier allen key had been just 20mm longer, it would have avoided a lot of interference and made assembly so much easier. Get the team to put a couple of chairs together, and they will see. A simple and almost zero cost change would make for a much better customer experience.

Easy enough to build, good quality, comfy

I researched a lot of chairs and this one was coming out with good scores so I took the plunge. Very happy with the build quality and ease of assembly (although 2 people are needed at 1 point). Chair is heavy which adds to the premium feel of it too. Happy overall.
