I'm happy overall with the product. The quality is high. I'm still getting used to the backrest a little as it does feel a little stiff but probably just because I am used to a softer seat. I will say however than the install instructions are diabolical - literally just a picture of a mans hand with "install bolts" or something as generic as that... luckily I found a youtube video to show me how to building it properly, but seriously, those instructions need some work.

2 years of using this chair. Solid. The cushions don't deflate, the quality of the fabric/PU is excellent. The mechanism needs little to no maintenance. Overall would buy again. Highly recommended for strong lumbar support & everyday use. Only negatives is perhaps the weight of lifting it if needed. Otherwise excellent. Manas

I bought a previous version of this chair a few years ago and it was very good up until the time it "died".
This new chair has so many improvements in the design and finish that it is almost different. The improvements in the finish make it an amazing standard for the price compared to the previous version which in itself was very good.. I am looking forward to this one lasting slightly longer than the old one did and by giving an extra six months warranty the company obviously expects that as well.. A very well built and easily assembled chair which is very comfortable in daily use..

I have just purchased the Boulies Master Max chair in black Ultraflex PU and I have to say that I am delighted with it. The build quality, aesthetics, ergonomics and maneuverability are second to none. I did my research throughout the leading brands and decided on the Boulies Master Max as I felt aesthetically, it suited a home office environment as opposed to other offerings of all-out gaming chairs. The instructions were clear and assembly was a breeze. The tracked delivery with timeslot finished off what has been a great overall service.

I just need to clear the office to make room for another PC build and who knows, I may be adding to my boulies collection in the near future!
